GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1906

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of sections 13 (g), 40 (1, 2 and 3), 49 (1) and 69 (1 and 4) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, read together with Legal Notice No. 27 of 2020, that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on the 16th January, 2024 completed. The part development plan relates to part of land parcel No. West Pokot/Siyoi ‘A’/55 situated in Kapenguria Municipality, West Pokot Sub-County, West Pokot County. Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member in-charge of Land, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development located in Kapenguria, West Pokot County. The Copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the County Executive Committee Member in-charge of Land, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development located in Kapenguria, West Pokot County, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member in-charge of Land, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, P.O. Box 222–30600, Kapenguria, Ardhi House, 1st Floor, Eastern Wing, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
