THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samwel Obambo alias Samuel Obambo Abayo alias Samwel Obambo, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Siaya/Karapul Ramba/736 and South Gem/Ulamba/198, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Siaya vide Sucession Cause No. E69 of 2022, has ordered that the pieces of land be registered in the name of Denis Were Obambo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued thereof by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant documents and issue land title deeds to the said Denis Were Obambo, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Samwel Obambo alias Samuel Obambo Abayo alias Samwel Obambo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
