GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1883

WHEREAS Kigoro Seregua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Mbeere/Mbita/540, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E27 of 2023, has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jonathan Ireri Kigoro (ID/5747680), whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by ttransmission of R.L. 19 in resoect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Kigoro Seregua (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the names of Jonathan Ireri Kigoro (ID/5747680), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kigoro Seregua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
