THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njuki Mugiongo Murindi alias Edward Njuki Miguongo Murindi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Kabare/Kiritine/810, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. E48 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Esther Wanjiku Njuki (ID/5743162), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Esther Wanjiku Njuki (ID/5743162), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njuki Mugiongo Murindi alias Edward Njuki Miguongo Murindi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
