THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njeri wa Muthoni, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Dagoretti/Riruta/1035 (now Nairobi Block 66/1035), situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in ELC Case No. 154 of 2014, has ordered by a declaration that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church, and whereas all efforts made to recover the certificate of lease issued in respect of the above land by 16th February, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration and issue certificate of lease to the said Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church, and upon such registration the certificate issued earlier to the said Njeri wa Muthoni, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
