WHEREAS David Kenneth Awori (ID/3461563) is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0479 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under the title No. Kajiado/Ongata Rongai Township/62, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
