REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muhasham Rashid Mohamed, of P.O. Box 85464– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/1164, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
