THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Dzivo Tsama Dzivo, (2) Tsuma Mwadondo Tsuma and (3) Tuma Rashia Ali, as the administrators of the estate of Tsama Dzivo Gongo, (2) Mwandondo Bekaingu Ddivo and the estate of Rashid Mdingo Dzivo, respectively, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 18.78 hectares or thereabout, known as Mgumopatsa/Mazeras/155, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (5) of the act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
