WHEREAS Andreoli Rosa Angela, of P.O. Box 1055–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold ownership of all that apartment No. 107 raised on Portion No. 1724/2, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 41336/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period under provision of Section 33 (3).
