TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2022 By (1) Zablon Kipngeno Chirchir and (2) Paul Kibet Chirchir, both of P.O. Box 11, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marindany Kipchirchir Turabach, who died at Kabusare, on 19th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2022 By (1) Kimutai Kirui and (2) Keneth Kipkemoi Kirui, both of P.O. Box 131–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kauria Kugo alias Kugo Kauria, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
