E4 OF 2022 By Synthia Akinyi Odeko, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Collins Ajwang Odera alias Ajwang Odera, who died on 20th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2022 By Jorim Aginga Aginga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Aginga Orera, who died on 26th June, 1997. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2022 By (1) Osoo Abich and (2) Peter Odera Apamo, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongeso Mwangu Masimba, who died on 26th February, 1992. CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2022 By John Otieno Kweto, of P.O. Box 153, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kweto Awelo alias Joash Kweto, who died on 5th October, 1975. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2022 By Maurice Okuna Oyamo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kola Osodo, who died on 16th June, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
