E76 OF 2022 By (1) Samwel Odhiambo Aolo and (2) John Otieno Akoko, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akoko Abala, who died on 10th July, 1990. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2022 By Janes Owino Ojwang, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojwang Owino, who died at South Kanyajuok Sub-location, on 4th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2022 By Dorine Adhiambo Onyango, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Onyango Okal, who died at North Kanyajuok Sub-location, on 19th July, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
