TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2022 By Jared Ochola Okech, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Aongo Ochola, who died on 15th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2022 By Victor Abuya Ochola, of P.O. Box 310–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elphas Ochola Obiero alias Eleas Ochola Obiero, who died on 7th December, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
