Box 99–40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Oti Odongo, who died at Simenya Sub-location, on 13th May, 1992. CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2022 By Isaac Owino Akuka, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Grace Otuko alias Mary Grace Otuko, who died at Got Osimbo, on 20th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2022 By Peter Oduor Ameda, of P.O. Box 99–40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphina Aloo Odero, who died at Umala, on 28th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. 311 OF 2022 By Margaret Akelo Ogolo, of P.O. Box 1020, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogolo Manyien, who died at Doho East Sub-location, on 8th September, 2006. CAUSE NO. 326 OF 2022 By Conslata Ochwo Ohowa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornelius Ogwe Ohowa, who died at Royal Victoria Hospital in Kenya, on 16th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
