E319 OF 2022 By Inzai Malongo Masalia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Masaria Atiya, who died at Jepkoyai Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2003. CAUSE NO. 315 OF 2022 By (1) Nicodemus Zablon Odhiambo Otwelo and (2) Mary Atera Odongo, both of P.O. Box 630, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Otwelo Engonja, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 25th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. E347 OF 2022 By Violet Inyuma Kanga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezina Khageha Ganga alias Ezina Khayega Ganga, who died at Kaptech Sub-location, on 4th September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
