TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 145 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Kinoti and (2) Rosemary Naitore Karachi, both of P.O. Box 29, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Arachu M’Raiji alias M’Arachi M’Raiji alias Arachi Raiji, late of Kiria, who died there on 27th July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
