TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2022 By (1) Gati Mbusiro Rioba and (2) Robi Matiko Chacha, both of P.O. Box 248, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robi Matiko, who died at Nyamretaburo Sub-location, on 19th June, 2013. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2022 By Chacha Moses Marwa, of P.O. Box 15, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamohanga Manyengo, who died at Getongoroma Sub-location, on 18th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
