TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2022 By Margaret Kimoi Kipkosgei, of P.O. Box 374–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kipkosgei Chepkurui, who died on 16th May, 1983. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2022 By John Kiplagat Cherutich, of P.O. Box 48, Chebiemit in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesire Kiptibeny alias Chesire arap Tipeny, who died at Chebiemit, on 15th August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
