TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2022 By Joseph Mungai Kimani, of P.O. Box 10, Koru in Kenya, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mungai Kimani, who died at Ololopon, on 22nd July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2022 By (1) Kipkemoi arap Tonui, (2) Esther Chebii Tanui and (3) Benard Kipyegon Chepkwony, all of P.O. Box 26–20211, Kapsoit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui Koskei, who died at Borborwet, on 21st July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
