TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2020 By Isaiah Owala Otaye, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okumu Omutu, who died on 12th June, 1980. CAUSE NO. 252 OF 2022 By Jacob Mwange Ngerezi, of P.O. Box 551−40400, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Ajira Ngeresa, who died on 11th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. 305 OF 2022 By Elly Omondi Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Owuor Edward, who died at Kakrao Sub-location, on 27th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
