TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Mayaka Okindo and (2) Emily Kemunto Mayaka, the deceased’s father and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clifford Charles Mabeya Mayaka, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 23rd December, 2018. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2022 By Veronica Ngina Kimuyu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Ochieng Aoko, who died at Mater Misericordie, on 29th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
