TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2022 By Phenina Murangi Nyaga, of P.O. Box 81, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Kibathi Kiringumba alias Kibathi Kirigu, who died at Mbuvori Sub-location, on 30th March, 1988. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2022 By Phinehas Eric Munene, of P.O. Box 972, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jerusha Rwamba Jackson alias Jerusa Rwamba Jackson, who died at Nyambene Clinical Services, on 20th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
