CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2022 By Eunice Kanyiva Misheck, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Misheck Njeru Daniel Magondu, who died at Manyatta Sub-location, on 28th February, 2017.
