TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Nyanjau Ndegwa and (2) Agnes Wanjiru Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 577, Kalimoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwangi Kuira alias David Mwangi Kuria, late of Kandara, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 25th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2022 By (1) Veronicah Wangechi Kibe and (2) Gladys Nduta Ndegwa, both of P.O. Box 85, Njoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wainaina Kibinge, who died at St. Peter’s Hospital in Kenya, on 10th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
