TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2022 By Lucia Coluzzi, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of letters of administration testate to the estate of Luciano Coluzzi, who died at Roma, on 1st June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
