Box 104166–00101, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Noralilly Christine Wanga Musundi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Noralilly Christine Wanga Musundi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Noralyne Wanga Musundi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Noralyne Wanga Musundi only.
