IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) of the Valuation for Rating Act, the County Executive Committee Member 4166 4166 for the Department of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development has appointed the following persons— Charles Wahome Gikonyo Chairperson Paul Munyiri Kagwamba Member Mark Mutitu Karani Member to be members of the Nyeri Municipality Valuation Court, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the date of this notice.
