THE CONSTITUTION
APPOINTMENT
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 12 (3) (d) of County
Governments Act No. 17 of 2012 as read together with the First
Schedule to the County Assembly Services Act No. 24 of 2017, it is
notified for the general information of the public, that the County
Assembly through a resolution made on the 28th November, 2023
approved the appointment of Eddy Kiragu Wambui as a member of the
Board.
