REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joyce Aloo Odero (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kakamega/Sango/1280, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the Court in succession cause No. 174 of 2023, has issued a grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of George Barrack Odero, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier Joyce Aloo Odero (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the 1st December, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R. 19 and L.R. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joyce Aloo Odero (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
