APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 13 and 14 of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011 as read together with section 9 of the Urban Areas and Cities (Amendment) Act, 2019, and following the approval by the Bungoma County Assembly on the 22nd November, 2023, I, Kenneth Makelo Lusaka, Governor, Bungoma County, appoints— PETER WANYONYI BUTEYO NYONGESA to be a member of the Board of the Municipality of Kimilili for a term of five (5) years, on a part-time basis, with effect from the date of this appointment.
