Box 274– 80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Marioni Muthoni Githinji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Marioni Muthoni Githinji, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Marion Muthoni Githinji Mcguire, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Marion Muthoni Githinji Mcguire only.
