NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 714, in Volume B-13, Folio 2260/19206, File No. 1637, by our client, Elizabeth Mueni Johnson, of P.O. Box 81–80109, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elizabeth Mueni Anthony, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elizabeth Mueni Anthony, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Mueni Johnson, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Mueni Johnson only.
