NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 45, in Volume B-13, Folio 2245/19021, File No. 1637, by our client, Moses Mandela Mukhwana, of P.O. Box 80074–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rawling Josphat Mukhwana, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Rawling Josphat Mukhwana, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Moses Mandela Mukhwana, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Moses Mandela Mukhwana only.
