REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josephine Friday Wafula (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as South Teso/Angoromo/67144, situate in the district of Busia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Busia in succession Cause No. E522 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of (1) Rose Awinja Mumbo and (2) Mercy Nafula, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Rose Awinja Mumbo, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of LRA 39 and LRA 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Josephine Friday Wafula (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
