THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wainaina Kinuthia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.607 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Kiganjo/Kiamwangi/1920, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Gatundu in succession cause No. 192 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Veronica Wanjiku Wainaina (ID/4300076) and (2) Julius Muita Wainaina (ID/22260650), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Veronica Wanjiku Wainaina (ID/4300076) and (2) Julius Muita Wainaina (ID/22260650), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wainaina Kinuthia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
