REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ben Githeinya Mwauru, of P.O. Box 31, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.224 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Mutuini/1453, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
