PURSUANT to the provisions of section 79 of the Water Act, 2011, which mandates every water service provider to have a board of directors constituted in accordance with the provisions of the 20th April, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Companies Act, 2015 and following a meeting held on the 17th November, 2022 by the TAWASCO Board wherein the following have been re-appointed— County Secretary/CECM Finance, CECM, Water and Energy, Managing Director, TAWASCO, Ex-Officio, Ambari Jillo Galgalo, Zeitun Ahmed Said (Ms.), Omara Said Waldea, to serve as board members of Tana Water and Sanitation Company, for a period of three (3) years.
