APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 29 (4) of the
Environment Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999, I, Dhadho
Gaddae Godhana, Governor, Tana River County, appoint the
following—
Adan Godana Bodole,
Namkuu Mkyagawa Tambo (Ms.),
Lucy Wamani Maina (Ms.),
Josephine Hadida Komora (Ms.),
Aisha Hassan Jineri (Ms.),
Hajir Sheikh Diriye,
to be members of the County Environment Committee, with effect
from the 16th November, 2021. Their responsibilities shall be as spelt
out in section 30 of the Environment Management and Co-ordination
Act, 1999.
