APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 169 (2) of the
Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and
Economic Planning appoints—
NDIRANGU GICHINGA
to be the Chairperson of the Insurance Tribunal, for a period of three
(3) years, with effect from the 20th April, 2023.
