APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 26 (3) of the Environment and Land Court Act, 2011, the Chief Justice appoints— HON. DAMACLINE BOSIBORI to preside over cases involving disputes relating to environment and land, in the area of jurisdiction of her current court station, and future stations as deployed to from time to time, with effect from the 1st May, 2023.
