APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 23 (1) of the Elections Offences Act, 2016, the Chief Justice appoints— HON. EVANS HEZEKIAH KEAGO as a special magistrate to hear and determine matters relating to election offences in Laikipia County under the Act, with effect from the 6th April, 2023.
