IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 3 (e) of the Articles of Association of the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum appoints— Jane Gatwiri Gatobu, Michael Maloba (Eng.), Ashif Kassam, Mercylinne Chepkirui, to be members of the Board of the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th February, 2023.
