IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the National Campaign Against Drug Abuse Authority Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary, Interior and National Administration appoints— 11:12 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th February, 2023 764 764 Under sub-paragraph (h)— Ali Swaleh Nyamai, Ann Njeri Mathu, Elijah Lagat (Hon.), Under sub-paragraph (i)— Fredrick Ngugi, Lucia Nzoongo, as members of the National Campaign Against Drug Abuse Authority Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th February, 2023. The appointments* of John K. Cheruiyot, Alice Wanjira Mutuma and George Ogalo (Dr.) are revoked. Dated the 20th February, 2023.
