IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) of the
Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints—

as members of the Council of Maasai Mara University, for a period of
three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd May, 2023. The
appointment* of Lucy Kiria is revoked.
