NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1526, in Volume DI, Folio 1036/1535, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Rashid Odhiambo Ochanda, of P.O. Box 97– 40326, Rodi Kopany in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rashid Ronald Ochanda alias Rashid O. Odhiambo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Rashid Ronald Ochanda alias Rashid O. Odhiambo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rashid Odhiambo Ochanda, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Rashid Odhiambo Ochanda only.
