IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 12 (1) and (5) of the Kakamega County Water and Sanitation Services Act, 2021, the County Executive Committee Member, Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change appoints— PATRICK LUMUMBA LIGAMI to be a member of the Board of Directors of Kakamega County Rural Water and Sanitation Company Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 29th May, 2023.
