REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Omolo Kila (deceased), of P.O. Box 39, Sondu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabondo/Kodumo East/741, situate in the district of Rachuonyo East, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in succession cause No. 583 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of Brayan Ouma Onyuo, of P.O. Box 39, Sondu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the title deed issued in respect of the said parcel of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument LRA. 39 and issue land title deed to the said Brayan Ouma Onyuo, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Peter Omolo Kila (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
