THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Njoroge Gitau (deceased), is registered as proprietor
of all that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, known as
Tarakwa/Lainguse Block 5 (Rukuini)/268, and whereas the Court has
issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant in
favor of Daniel Mbugua Njoroge, of P.O. Box 333, Burnt Forest in the
Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the
said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has
been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production
of the said land title deed and registration of the said instrument of
L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue a land title deed in the name of
Daniel Mbugua Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed
issued earlier to the said Njoroge Gitau (deceased), shall be deemed to
be cancelled and of no effect.
