THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mumbua Muoti Mwini (deceased), is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 15.5 hectares or thereabout, known as Machakos/Matuu/2207, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kithimani in succession cause No. E37 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to Patrick Munywoki Mboti, and whereas the said Patrick Munywoki Mboti has executed LRA, 39, for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land tittle deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the registration of LRA. 39 to Patrick Munywoki Mboti, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mumbua Muoti Mwini (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
