THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hannah Wambui Gichai, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.400 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 2/1023, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ruiru in succession Cause No. E130 of 2021, directing the name of Hannah Wambui Gichai be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Paul Kamau Gichai and (2) Teresia Njeri Gichai, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Hannah Wambui Gichai has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hannah Wambui Gichai, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
